Clockwork: Design Your Business to Run Itself
What I'm listening to this week.
Welcome to the official newsletter of “The Transition,” brought to you by me, "IRON" Mike Steadman, A Marine Corps Veteran, Social Entrepreneur, and Member of The Bunker Labs Branding Team.
Dear Bunker,
This week I’m listening to “Clockwork: Design Your Business to Run Itself,” by Mike Michalowicz.
I’m learning more and more about the importance of building systems and processes in your business. Over the last year, I’ve been working on systemizing things across the board, from how my team and I produce podcast, to dialing in our marketing and sales process.
My zone of genius (ZOG) is reading, writing, and podcasting, so in order to operate within my ZOG, I need make sure other aspects of my business can run without me, which is why I’m listening to the book again. As I listen over the next few weeks, I’ll take down some notes and share my thoughts on the podcast and newsletter later this month. Feel free to read or listen along with me.
In the meantime, I hope you all have a great week. Be on the lookout for Thursday’s Transition drop.
