On this week’s episode of The Transition, I sat down with Andrew Arbogast, an Army Veteran and Founder of Arbo's Cheese Dip, a cheese dip based on his family's secret recipe, which is making strides in Memphis, TN.
Andrew is a member of our current Veterans in Residence Cohort, and has been pounding pavement to get Arbo's in grocery stories in the greater Memphis Area.
On the show, Andrew opens up about what led him to found Arbo's after a 10 year career as an Army Apache Pilot, his recent transition to working on the venture full-time, and the challenges that come with running a business, while simultaneously managing his responsibilities as a husband and father. Andrew doesn't hold anything back as he he takes off his armor and gives insight into his own struggles as an entrepreneur.
