Legal Considerations for Early-Stage Founders: Save Money, Avoid The Common Pitfalls, and Protect Your Assets with Marc Snyderman, Founder & CEO of The Snyderman Law Group with Marc Snyderman

You don't want to miss this one

Dear Bunker,

On Thursday I released an episode of the Transition featuring my good friend, board member, and legal advisor, Marc Snyderman, Founder of the Snyderman Law Group.

Marc and his firm boutique firm provide pragmatic and strategic advice to small and mid-sized business owners, using a disruptive flat fee structure, with the long term goal of becoming an integrated team member, to support entrepreneurial growth. I invited Marc on the show because I know what it’s like in the early days of launching a venture, when you’re pulled in twenty different directions with regards to prioritizing spending. Between business registration fees, trademarks, partnerships, agreements, and other legal considerations, it can be difficult to determine what you really need, in order to protect yourself and your venture.

To help you gain a better understanding of the legal considerations early on, Marc and I discuss the nonnegotiable’s that every business owner needs from a legal perspective, and how to avoid many of the common pitfalls faced by early-stage founders.

Marc is my go-to guy for all things legal and I'm honored to finally have him on The Transition to share his insights with all of you! You can listen to the show at the link in my signature. Feel free to leave a comment and let me know what you think of the episode.
