On this week’s episode of The Transition, I had the distinct honor and privilege sitting down with Bunker Labs New Director of Marketing, Reggie Ordonez.
Reggie is a fellow Marine and entrepreneur, who has been helping veterans launch and grow businesses in Nashville, TN, where he served as the Founding Director of Pathway Lending's "Veteran Business Outreach Center."
Reggie has first-hand experience with working main street veteran owned businesses, and the challenge the broader Bunker Lab ecosystems faces, with regards to connecting veterans and military spouses to the resources and community we need to survive and thrive.
On the show, Reggie and I discuss the trends and common mistakes he's seen working with main street veteran entrepreneurs, such as validating your business model, developing a go-to-market strategy, and and how to secure funding.
